For prospective patients:
Through the NEW PATIENTS page, you can request an introductory phone call and provide a brief description of what brings you to my practice.
I will review the information to see if we might be a good fit to work together before confirming any phone appointment.
During an introductory phone call, we can discuss your needs and determine if we should proceed with a consultation. The in-person comprehensive consultation is typically a set of three appointments where we can begin to understand your concerns together. It is also a time for you to get to know me. If we decide to work together, we can determine what would be the most appropriate next steps for treatment, referrals, or other resources.
My practice style combines various approaches, with a focus on psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and, if needed, psychopharmacology (medication management).
